Do I still need health insurance?

No — insurance is not required to become a WeCare member. Your monthly membership covers all primary and urgent care visits. Many patients pair their DPC membership with a low-cost catastrophic or high-deductible plan for specialist or hospital coverage.

Where is WeCare Medical Office located?

We are located at 76 Boniface Dr, Suite 1, Pine Bush, NY 12566. We serve patients throughout the Hudson Valley, including Wallkill, Circleville, Middletown, and surrounding communities. Call 845-545-6212 to schedule.

Can I reach Dr. Valenzuela after hours?

Members can reach Dr. Valenzuela via call, text, email, or our patient portal. For urgent matters, she is available on evenings and weekends. This is one of the most valued benefits of DPC membership.

How do lab tests work as a member?

We do blood draws and rapid tests (COVID, Strep, Flu, Pregnancy, Urine Dip, and more) right here in our Pine Bush office. If you're uninsured, let us know — we will work with you to keep costs low.

What does "unlimited visits" actually mean?

It means exactly what it says. Whether you come in once a year or once a week, your monthly fee stays the same. We never charge per visit, and we never bill your insurance for primary care.

Do you see children and pediatric patients?

Yes! WeCare provides individualized care for all ages, including newborns and pediatric patients. Children 0–17 are eligible for the Essential Plan and receive the same unlimited access as adult members.

What if I have an emergency?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room. WeCare handles primary and urgent care — not life-threatening emergencies.
