WeCARE Medical Office Fees & Services
Membership at WeCARE Medical Office includes all Primary Care services and Urgent Care services for patients of ALL ages (0-100+) including annual exams, Well child visits, Well Woman/ gynecologic exams, school/sports physicals, acute care/sick visits, in-house lab draws, rapid strep/ Rapid covid testing/ rapid Flu testing, EKGs, urinalysis, laceration repairs, weight management, contraceptive management, chronic medical conditions management, complimentary health and nutrition coaching sessions and more (see below). There are no copays or deductibles-just a low fixed monthly fee.

Essential Plan:
Our Essential Plan covers any common Primary Care and Urgent care need. With three tiers by age, a plan for all ages.

Premier Plan: $199 / Month
As a member of the Premier Plan, you get all the benefits of the Essential Plan + Weight Loss & Lifestyle Medicine & Hormone Therapies. It will include unlimited access to weight loss consultations, weight loss medication prescriptions, health and nutrition coaching and unlimited access to menopause hormone therapy consultations and prescriptions. You also will benefit from a 10% discount on all products and services offered (including IV therapy, skin products, micro-needling, injections, Botox, etc.).
Premier Plus Plan - $249 a month
As a member of the Premier Plan Plus, you get all the benefits of the Premier Plan + Esthetic Treatments. You will get a free skin analysis and consultation, complimentary 7 step facials every 3 months, and 20% discount on all products and services offered (including IV therapy, skin products, micro-needling, injections, Botox, etc.).

* Member patients get 1 complimentary home visit per year, within a 20 mile radius from the office. Each additional home visit for that given year will be $100. And, if the patient lives outside the 20 mile radius, additional fees will apply.
** Member patients get 2 complimentary Health and Nutrition Coaching Sessions each year. Each additional coaching session will be $45.
*** Patients that cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, and don’t show for their appointment will be charged a $45 cancellation fee.
